I have just watched the movie One love, that has left me very emotional over times and people past just to find this sad news. I’m deeply sorry for the loss of another great musician and lovely soul. My heart goes out to family and friends.
Aston Barrett is an absolute legend. As one of my idols as a bass player he will sorely missed. Rest in peace Aston and prayers out to his friends and family.
It’s a pity, I will not be able to meet Family Man in life again. This has always been my dream to one day visit him and share coffee and get to meet this gentle soul. Death is a thieve that steals when you least expected. Watched him play the bass guitar althrough the wailers and Bob reign. You could tell by his physical appearance and how he plays the guitar that he’s a beautiful and gracious soul. Rest in peace greatest legend of our time.
