San José, Costa Rica. An event that reggae music lovers will want to attend to close out the year: the concert by Julian Marley & The Wailers . The show guarantees an evening full of good lyrics and rhythm.
The event will take place on December 29, 2022 in La Senda, located in Tamarindo Guanacaste. This location is recognized as an energetic point on planet earth.
“We chose La Senda as the venue because it is a world-renowned wellness center, a sanctuary for those who wish to have contact with the depths of their spirit,” explained event producer Oscar Umaña.
Music with purpose. This concert is the result of the union between MareBlu and The Wailers featuring Julian Marley, to create social awareness and protect the planet’s oceans.
“It will be a great concert, in addition to Julian Marley & The Wailers, we will have national artists and we will pay a great tribute to the legendary Bob Marley, who was a pioneer in the protection of nature and a pro of ecological awareness,” said Umaña.
Nearly 3,000 spectators are expected for the activity and a space will be created to enjoy good music, gastronomy and celebrate New Year’s Eve in an unbeatable atmosphere.
“The Wailers, is an iconic band that brings with it one of the best experiences without taking into account the tribute to the greatest symbol of reggae music in history, Bob Marley. And something that will bring a lot of feeling to this show is that Julian Marley, son of this legendary musician, is the one who will delight us with the greatest hits of his father’ added the producer.
The promoter of the event clarified that this concert is not beneficial, but its purpose is to support the MareBlu organization financially so that they can continue cleaning the seas of Costa Rica. “For HyJ it is a pride to present an event of this quality in Costa Rica, what satisfies me the most is being able to create social awareness in the ecological aspect of people” concluded Umaña.
